Our Core Privacy Commitment

My Tailored CV, operated by Thinking GOAT (ABN 47 448 345 069), is built on a fundamental principle: we do not store your personal information. Your CV content, personal details, and job descriptions are processed entirely in-memory during your session and are permanently discarded when your session ends. We have no database of user CVs, no personal profiles, and no long-term retention of your content.

Information We Process (But Do Not Store)

When you use our service, the following information is processed temporarily:

CV content you upload or enter (processed in-memory, discarded after generation)
Job descriptions you paste (used solely for CV tailoring, not stored)
Generated CV content (held in your browser session only)

Information We Do Collect and Store

We collect only the minimum required to operate the service:

Payment information: Processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
Transaction records: Stripe retains payment records as required by law. We receive a transaction ID and amount only.
Basic analytics: Anonymous page view data (via privacy-friendly analytics) — no personal identifiers.

Third-Party Services

Smart Engine Processing: Your CV text and job description are sent to our Smart Engine for processing via a secure third-party API. Your inputs are never used to train any models.
Stripe: Payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
Railway: Hosting provider. Standard server logs may be retained for up to 30 days.

Australian Privacy Act Compliance

We comply with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). Given our no-storage model, most APP obligations do not arise. For any privacy enquiries, contact us atsupport@mytailoredcv.com.au.
