Our Guarantee

We show you a preview of your CV before you pay — including the full first page and document structure. You only pay when you are ready to download.

When You Are Entitled to a Full Refund

  • A technical fault on our end prevents your document from being generated after payment
  • The downloaded document is corrupted or unopenable
  • You were charged but received no download link

When Refunds Are Not Provided

  • You previewed the CV structure and first page before payment and are dissatisfied with the generated content
  • You changed your mind after a successful download
  • Issues caused by your own browser, device, or internet connection

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If you have a consumer guarantee issue, your statutory rights apply regardless of this policy.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@mytailoredcv.com.au with your Stripe transaction ID and a brief description of the issue. We will respond within 2 business days and process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days.
